If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products (such as underwear, socks, or swimwear) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Unless the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the cost of return shipping will be borne by you, the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to return your items, as Uggoutlet cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

Exchanges and Replacements

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.


Faulty or Incorrect Items
